With the impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) being felt throughout the world, we would like to take a moment to reassure our clients as best we can, and provide some information on how we are dealing with the current circumstances.

While the full impact of COVID-19 on health and the economy is yet to be seen, we’d like to let our clients know that from our perspective, we’re continuing as usual, with some technological tweaks.

Our virtual office is set up to work remotely, meaning that with the wonders of modern gadgets, all project work and most maintenance work can be completed effectively without us making a visit to your workplace.

That said, we still love providing personal service and visiting our clients in person, and we’re happy to continue to do so while restrictions allow.

We’re observing social distancing and strict hygiene, of course, and are more than happy to comply with additional COVID-19-related requirements that our clients wish to observe.

While we can’t provide any reassurances on how this situation will evolve, we can say with confidence that we are here to help our clients through the storm, no matter what the situation, as best as we can.

Long story short: We’re doing our best to stay safe, react sensibly, and minimise disruption from COVID-19 in a time when uncertainty is high, whilst still servicing our customers to the best of our abilities.
